Return/Exchange Policies

Bold Look Head Wraps and Clothing is committed to providing customers with quality inspected merchandise before shipping.  Prior to completing your purchase, always confirm your items. 



Only damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced.  You have thirty (30) days from your purchase date to exchange your merchandsie.  After 30 days, we are unable to accept merchandise for an exchange. 


If you are interested in exchanging your merchandise, please fill out the contact form below and send it on-line.  Be sure to note that you are requesting a replacement of the item that you are returning. Place a copy of your receipt or proof of sale with your returned merchandise and mail to P O Box 77455, Corona CA 92877-9998.


Please note the following:  

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.  Consider purchasing shipping insurance and using a trackable shipping service when returning an item for an exchange.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • Items may be out of stock.  Bold Look Head Wraps and Clothing will make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory.



In the event you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange policy which is outlined above.  Once your purchase is complete, all items are non-refundable. 

ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES are FINAL SALES and cannot be exchanged or returned.
